JDZ was appointed by Battersea Power Station Development Company to provide Technical MEP Management services for Phase 2 of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, one of the most significant regeneration projects undertaken in London.
Working within the client project team, JDZ provided independent technical oversight of MEP design and delivery, helping support the successful transformation of this internationally recognised landmark.
The Battersea Power Station Phase 2 development formed the centrepiece of the wider regeneration of the Battersea site.
Successfully integrating complex MEP services across multiple uses while preserving the character of a historic landmark required strong technical leadership and rigorous stakeholder coordination.
