Bracken House under construction

Bracken House London

JDZ completed a 1 year commission as MEP design managers supporting the Turner & Townsend Project Management team for the delivery of the full Cat A and Cat B refurbishment of Bracken House, Cannon Street London on behalf of the Landlord Obayashi Corporation and the Tenant Financial Times. Working for the project managers Turner & Townsend and closely with the key members of the Cat A design and Construction team JRA Architects, Arup and McLaren Construction.

Bracken House is a Grade II listed building within the City of London delivering an internal grade A office space of circa 270,000 ft2.

JDZ have worked in Bracken house on a number of previous occasions between 2001 and 2011 for the Landlord Obayashi Corporation and for previous tenants Mizhuo Bank completing various Cat A & Cat B design and construction projects. We were therefore delighted to be asked back once again in 2017 to complete the MEP design management workstream supporting the Turner & Townsend Project management team, for this iconic London building, opposite St Pauls Cathedral.
