The Phase 2 development comprises the redevelopment of the iconic main power station, and is the centre piece of this prestigious multi phase development. Based in the client project offices providing MEP design and delivery technical oversight for the client and working closely with the key members of the design and Construction team Mace, WEA Architects, and CBDSP.
JDZ are proud to be appointed as MEP design managers supporting the Turner & Townsend Project Management team for the delivery of the full Cat A and Cat B refurbishment of Bracken House, Cannon Street London on behalf of the Landlord Obayashi Corporation and the Tenant Financial Times. Working closely with the project managers Turner & Townsend and the key members of the design and Construction team JRA Architects, Arup and McLaren Construction.
